According to Harvard Medical School, staying physically active is one of the top five habits proven to boost your health and lower the risk of early health issues. And the best part? Being active doesn’t have to be boring or intimidating, it can be a blast!


Two Ways to Get Movin':

  • 🚶 Walk with a Doc – A fun, casual walk where you can chat with local doctors, get health tips, and enjoy the fresh air. Perfect for anyone just getting started or looking for a friendly group to walk with.

  • 💪 Free Fitness Court Classes – Want to break a sweat and challenge yourself? These classes are high-energy, exciting, and designed for all fitness levels.
