These water-based workouts are gentle on the joints while improving cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility. Water Aerobics Schedule                                                                                         Tuesdays and Thursdays                                                                                               Session I: 8:00 AM – 8:45 AM                                                                                       Session II: 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM
