Introducing paperless billing!

Go green and go paperless! Hanford residents can now choose how they receive their utility bills (electronic or electronic and mail). 

Fill out the Utility Billing Paperless Billing (PDF) form to make the switch!

The utility billing division provides customer billing services for water, refuse, and sewer.

To start services you will need to visit the Utility Billing Division offices located at 315 N Douty Street to fill out an application. Please make sure that you bring a valid/current Government Issued Photo ID. If you are a tenant, you will also need to bring in your rental/lease agreement. If you are the new owner, you will also need to bring in a final buyer's statement or closing escrow document. A deposit may be required.
