Measure H Oversight Board

Background

The establishment of a Measure H Oversight Board is required as presented to voters and approved in Ordinance 2024-10.

The City is seeking interested individuals to serve on a Measure H Oversight Board. Some key points of the ordinance related to the Oversight Board are: 

• The members of the Board shall serve terms, be selected, and appointed pursuant to a process to be adopted by Council Resolution
• City residency shall be required for all Board members
• All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public and noticed
• Board members shall serve without compensation
• The board shall make recommendations to Council regarding the Expenditure Plan
• The board shall review and make recommendations on Measure H audit documents
