2019-2023 Consolidated Plan

The City of Hanford is currently drafting its 2019-2023 Consolidated Housing and Community Development Plan. The City develops a Consolidated Plan every five years to guide the use of federal Community Development Block Grand (CDBG) fundint from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). These resources support programs and projects that benefit low and moderate income people by increasing housing nad economic opportunity, revitalizing neighborhoods, and addressing public service and infrastructure needs. Staff invites you to attend one of the community meetings or City Council work sessions. A primary component of the Consolidated Plan process is a comprehensive community needs assessment survey. All the interested persons, organizations and agencies are encouraged to complete the online 2019-2023 Community Needs Survey. The survey is available in English or Spanish and can be accessed at:
