Human Resources

The Human Resources division is responsible for all aspects of the City's human resources system including recruitment, testing, selection, classification administration, labor relations, benefit administration, workers compensation, safety administration, risk management, and employee development.

The Human Resources division conducts testing and recruitments to fill vacancies in the city work force.

Employment opportunities are advertised in the Central Valley newspapers, social media outlets, and various other trade, government or association periodicals specific to the particular recruitment. Employment opportunities are also advertised on this website and can be accessed by clicking the Job Opportunities menu item to the left.
