Mayor's Message

I would like to personally welcome you to the City of Hanford, the town I have called home for many years. I know that you will enjoy it here for the same reasons our residents do.

Citizens of Hanford are very proud of their town and its historic charm, shopping and dining opportunities, and family-friendly atmosphere. Although Hanford has grown a lot since I first moved here, it still has that small-town feel where people know each other and neighbors are good friends.

But with more than 56,000 residents, Hanford is more than just a small-town - it's a bustling Central Valley community with amazing businesses, schools, and housing to meet people's needs. We also host many events throughout the year to keep our sense of community strong.
