Tom Dibble
(559) 585-2505 Tom Dibble is the Finance Director-Treasurer for the City of Hanford and has been in finance/accounting for over 40 years. Tom was born and raised in Hanford. After graduation in 1964 from Fresno State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance-Accounting, Tom spent time in the military and worked in accounting for the County of Kings before coming to the City of Hanford as the Finance Director-Treasurer in June 1974. The finance department is comprised of two divisions - accounting and utility billing. The accounting division provides financial services to all city departments, including cash management, preparation of financial reports, budget preparation and control, revenue and expenditure control, accounts receivable, payroll, purchasing, liability and property insurance, business licenses, general accounting, and financial advice. The utility billing division provides customer billing services for water, refuse, and sewer. |
